I had a stay that offered a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The hotel boasts spacious rooms with luxurious amenities and a fantastic breakfast spread. However, poor sound insulation between rooms and a frustrating experience with the reception staff significantly detracted from my overall experience. It’s a lovely place for dining and relaxation, but some improvements are necessary to enhance customer service.

The service was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The spacious rooms offered stunning views and comfort, but the pool area was a bit small. Overall, it's a great place for a relaxing getaway with multiple amenities.
